No matter what dark cloud you may have just walked out of, you are welcome at the Shine house. The Shine House wants to be more then transitional housing for the public but to those who truly want to Shine again! Together we can make it happen. As we continue to raise donations, we are in high hopes of being able to soon share our network of resources with each of those who walk into “The Shine House”

Transitional Housing

Transitional housing provides temporary residence and supportive services for individuals or families who are transitioning from homelessness, incarceration, or other challenging circumstances to stable and independent living. Unlike emergency shelters, transitional housing offers longer-term accommodation, typically ranging from a few months to a couple of years, coupled with intensive support programs aimed at addressing the root causes of homelessness or instability. These programs often include access to counseling, life skills training, job placement assistance, and connections to community resources. The ultimate goal of transitional housing is to empower residents to regain self-sufficiency, rebuild their lives, and successfully reintegrate into society.
